Sandwich
Sandwich is the oldest town on the Cape, and it shows in the lots — mature trees, established grade, and a village where historic review can apply to what is visible from the street. We plan walkways and walls around root zones instead of through them, and we keep material staging tight on narrow village lots.
Cape Cod sits on glacial outwash — sand and gravel that drains well and carries load poorly. On every job here the base does the work: excavate to subgrade, build in lifts, compact each one. Skip that and the surface tells on you within two winters.
